Fred teamed up with World Impact Network for a return mission trip to Kenya, arriving in Nairobi on October 28, 2012, and returned home (Seattle area) on November 18th. The main purpose of this trip was to conduct Leadership Training and First Aid/CPR classes for local pastors, community leaders, and others in the Nairobi and South Kinangop areas of Kenya.

Week One Leadership Training was provided to 67 students which included the following topics: · Spiritualality · Conflict Reslution · How to Influence your Community · Risk Management · Disaster Preparedness · First Aid and CPR Trainig · Community Outreach · Bloodborne Pathogens Prevention (including HIV/AIDS, Hepatitus) · Soil building and Conservation · Addressing Issues of Violence Against Women · Card and Jewelry Making (as a business) · Finance (Small Business Marketing, Finances, Planning, Budgeting, Income Statement) · Basic Computer and Microsoft Office training · Communications (Newsletters, Social Media, Mobile Technology)
Week Two * First Aid/CPR Training was provided for 32 employees of Lake Naivasha Country Club * Mission team, less Fred, returned to Seattle * First Aid/CPR training at Happy Spiritual Church (12 students including Head Chief of Kikuyu tribe) * First Aid/CPR training at Flying Kites Orphanage (12 students) * Fred & Pastor Sammy met with Head Chief of Kikuyu tribe in So. Kinangop and the District Commissioner
Week Three * Fred became a Life Member of the Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) * Fred plans to complete the requirements to become a Certified First Aid/CPR Instructor for the KRCS on the next trip * First Aid/CPR Training was taught at two Jacaranda Creations Sewing Centers (Kibera & Kaolye slums of Nairobi) * Fred returned to Seattle on November 19th
